Manchester United Museum.

Hello~ I'm Alice(JINHEE). I'm tourism student! haha~

I went to Manchester last tuesday.

Acttually I was not interested in football, but after last thursday's game I do like football!

Because it was my first time to see football game in stadium!

Anyway!

Before I went to Manchester, I was worried about weather because, who said to me Manchester's weather is cold, and rainy often. But, weather was very nice : )

 I visited Manchester united museum.

In museum, there are so many trophies !!

I was just wonder about honour. so I walked inside.

Wow~ there are names of footballer who retired from football.

When footballer won the game, they got these flags.

After museum tour, our group started stadium tour with guide!

At the first, I was surprised because, I didn't know there is stadium.

I couldn't believe it. I can see the stadium of Manchester United!!

Old Trafford is Stadium which is the home of Premier League football club Manchester United.

According to guide Old Trafford has the second-largest capacity of any English football stadium after Wembley Stadium.

 Stadium was smaller than my thought.

But guide said, this is big enough to play games, and there is heating system to grow the grasses.

Grasses of the stadium are real!

This is Television studio.

 Television studios are located at either end of the South Stand,

with the club's in-house television station, MUTV , in the East studio and other television stations,

such as the BBC and Sky , in the West studio.

The stadium has 75,957 seats.

This is called "Munich Tunnel"

The old tunnel is the only remaining part of the original 1910 stadium, having survived the bombing that destroyed much of the stadium during the Second World War. On 6 February 2008, the tunnel was renamed the Munich Tunnel, as a memorial for the 50th anniversary of the 1958 Munich air disaster .

But smell was terrible....... I shocked..T.T

This aisle are interview area!!

I was wonder that how players can do interview fast.

Through this system, we can watch interview on TV.

And we finished stadium tour!! center guy was our guide!!

kind but alittle cold...T.T he has charisma!

After stadium tour, we had a education about their Facilities, Employment, VISION, Marketing.

They got most of money from football games! Tickets are expensive.
Aon and Nike are MU's principal sponsors.

after education, we went to mega store which is souvenir shop!

I bought Manchester United badge :D

It was nice trip !
